1. GENERAL
Can draw = anime, anthro/furry, backgrounds (extra wait time), MLP (& other pony-like closed species)Can MAYBE draw = armor, closed species (trait list required), minor gore, weaponsWill NOT draw = hate art, heavy gore, mecha, nsfw, realism2. PAYMENTS
USD via PayPal only. Full payment must be made upfront.3. REVISIONS
Revisions during sketch stage are unlimited and completely free! Same with minor revisions. If a major revision during the lining and/or coloring stage ends up being a completely different idea from the original agreement, it will count as a new and separate order.4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Fastest wait time is 2 weeks to 1 month; slowest is 3 months and 2 weeks. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please specify in the initial request stage.5. USE
Strictly no AI or NFT usage, this is non-negotiable. Commissioned artwork is for personal use unless a different license has been selected (+50% of price if monetized content, +100% if commercial merchandising).Personal = profile pictures, banners, and non-profit prints/merchandise.Monetized = stream mascot, pngtuber or VTuber model, digital promotion, etc.Commercial = physical merchandise with the intent to profit from it.6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the right to use your commission as promotional and portfolio work. Want it private? Choose the NDA/privacy fee (+10% of price). You may NOT remove my watermark or claim the artwork as your own creation.7. REFUNDS
You confirm that the funds used for purchase are your own, and that you have the legal right to use them. All sales are final and non-refundable, and you understand that once the transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.8. COMMUNICATION
I give updates with every step of progress made via DMs (direct messages) through your choice of social media. I highly recommend Discord as I am most active there.I (Vespy) will need your comments/feedback sent within 3 days maximum per update provided. If I don't hear back from you within the given timeframe, I will proceed onto the next stage.9. DATA PRIVACY
Sensitive information within the transaction will always be kept confidential.10. AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service and that your ordered artwork reflects my artistic level and style at the time of creation.Previous commissions will NOT be redrawn, revised, or updated for free due to artistic differences over time; any request to remake or significantly alter a past commission will be treated as a new commission and charged accordingly.*this policy can update at any time.

Character Designs

1. Trading / Resell Cooldown
Designs must be kept for at least one (1) week or seven (7) days after purchase before trading or reselling it. If it's a gift for someone else, please let me know before finalizing the sale (or in private).2. Trading / Resell Value
Designs must be sold at the same value they were purchased at UNLESS they come with additional artworks.3. Editing / Redesign Limits
Changes are OK to make as long as it is still recognizable and I am still credited as the original designer.4. Blacklist

Credit me (VespertineArtisan) as the designer. All purchased designs are for personal use only UNLESS a monetization and/or commercial license has been purchased.
